The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, self-assessed health level, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term. This information is transmitted to the carriers' platform for quoting and is not stored here. No name, address, phone, or email is needed to see quotes. Repeated requests using identical information can be returned from cache to reduce backend calls.

Applying

If you move forward with an application, your information is transferred to pre-fill the secure application hosted on the carriers' platform, where their privacy terms take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone (optional), how you prefer to be reached, message topic, and your inquiry. The agency receives it by email, using your email address as the reply address. No message records, no submission database, and no content logging on our end. A browser-side anti-spam check runs briefly before sending.

Measurement

We track visits using first-party, cookieless analytics provided from this domain. No cookies or persistent identifiers. IP addresses are masked before storage; referring pages are stripped of query strings; logs are purged after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded from measurement.

What we do not do

This site does not sell or share personal data, run advertising networks, or integrate third-party analytics. The sole third-party code is on the application page: the carriers' application interface, which loads only if you visit that page.
