Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?
No. The quote form only asks for gender, birth date, general health status, tobacco use, amount of coverage and term length. These six data points are all the quoting service needs to return carrier rates. Personal data like your name, address, and health details stay private unless you choose to apply.
Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?
These are rates the carriers quoted for the health tier you selected. Actual premiums follow from carrier underwriting, which can confirm, raise, or lower your class. Nothing here functions as a binding offer or price guarantee.
What happens when I click Apply?
You provide your name, and the application gets created using your selected quote. It continues through the carriers' own secure platform. Stopping and returning later is possible, and you'll sign electronically. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), processes your application.
Will I need a medical exam?
It depends on the carrier, coverage amount, and your health details. Many carriers provide expedited decisions without an exam for qualified people. Each quote states whether an exam is required, possibly required, or not required for that particular product.
Is a longer term better?
A term should run as long as someone would depend on your income: a mortgage to pay, kids at home, student debt. Longer terms lock in lower monthly rates longer. The quote tool displays 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 year options to compare.
Does this site sell my information?
No. This website doesn't gather personal information to show quotes—we're not storing or selling any data. Our analytics are cookieless. Full details are in our privacy statement.
